As a Multilingual Customer Service Expert, you will handle customer inquiries via various communication channels, aiming for first-contact resolution and providing exceptional consumer service.
Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional and skilled assistance to consumers through telephone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Analyzing customer problems and offering personalized solutions that meet their needs.
- Offering an omnichannel service experience to consumers across various touchpoints.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the products and services offered by our client.
- Serving as a brand ambassador and upholding our company values.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A fluent level of German with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
- A high level of English proficiency (both written and spoken).
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- The ability to handle sensitive calls with empathy.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- A professional approach to problem-solving.
We offer a competitive salary of €17,537.76 per year, along with top performance incentives. Additional benefits include:
- Full-time employment with 39 hours of work per week.
- A hybrid model with 4 days of work from the office and 3 days working remotely.
