Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team at TELEPERFORMANCE SPAIN. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our international customers.


Key Responsibilities



  • Understand and identify customer needs, providing accurate and timely solutions
  • Listen, respond, and mediate between customers and accommodation suppliers
  • Clarify inquiries about service, payment, and technical requirements
  • Provide user-friendly support via email and phone

Requirements



  • C2 level Serbian and advanced English language proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database
  • A problem-solving and solution-driven mentality
  • A positive, motivated mindset
  • Goal-oriented work approach
  • An open mind to changing priorities and business processes
  • Affinity with accommodation platforms
  • Experience in customer service or contact center environments

Offer



  • Contract: 38.5 hours/week (Monday to Sunday)
  • Available shift: 15:00-23:00
  • Temporary contract
