Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team at TELEPERFORMANCE SPAIN. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our international customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and identify customer needs, providing accurate and timely solutions
- Listen, respond, and mediate between customers and accommodation suppliers
- Clarify inquiries about service, payment, and technical requirements
- Provide user-friendly support via email and phone
Requirements
- C2 level Serbian and advanced English language proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database
- A problem-solving and solution-driven mentality
- A positive, motivated mindset
- Goal-oriented work approach
- An open mind to changing priorities and business processes
- Affinity with accommodation platforms
- Experience in customer service or contact center environments
Offer
- Contract: 38.5 hours/week (Monday to Sunday)
- Available shift: 15:00-23:00
