Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative in our Barcelona office, you will be part of our team of game-changers who are powering the fashion industry. You will take incoming customer calls, solve users' demands, and provide exceptional service and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities:
* Take incoming customer calls and resolve issues within SLA
* Maintain service and product knowledge associated with applications specific to individual customers
* Escalate potential service issues initially with mentor
* Provide response and resolution within SLA

Qualifications:
* Bilingual or proficient in French with advanced English level
* Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/internet configuration
* Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
* Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs
* Ability to take ownership of and progress calls to resolution or escalate call to resolution
