About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a global leader in customer experience management and contact centre business process outsourcing. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing frontline service to customers, ensuring agreed KPIs are met, and performing duties in a compliant manner.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality service to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Routeforwards calls to the appropriate department efficiently
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, including response times and resolution rates
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant databases
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Native level German language skills
  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
  • At least 2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
