About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Consultant to join our team in Italy. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in helping small and mid-sized businesses grow using HubSpot software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify challenges faced by prospective customers and discover the best marketing solutions for their business
  • Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders to nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities at small-sized companies
  • Work collaboratively with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve sales strategy
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in exceeding individual sales targets, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting
  • Fluency in both Italian and English
  • Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills
  • A sharp focus on goals and strong approach for achieving them
