Dojo is a leading payments provider, serving over 140,000 places across the UK. Our mission is to empower businesses to thrive in the experience economy by creating tools and tech that turns transactions into meaningful relationships.
We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team in Milan, Italy. As the first step in our broader European launch, this role will spearhead our expansion into the Italian market.
Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development
Develop and execute effective field sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets in the Italian market.
Team Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing team of payment consultants for our indirect channel, shaping their success and paving the way for Dojo's impact on businesses across Italy.
Performance Management
Set and monitor performance metrics, providing guidance and support to ensure the team exceeds targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a vital link between internal teams and the field, championing a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Sales Performance
Drive exceptional performance and results, supporting the partnership team to maximize sales opportunities and align their efforts with the overall sales strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven background working in the card payment sector.
- Hands-on experience in the field working with payment consultants.
- Demonstrated success as a field sales manager or consultant in the payments industry.
- Track record of successfully executing sales strategies in high-competition markets.
- Motivational leadership skills to motivate and manage teams effectively, even in remote work settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams.
- Dedication to spending the majority of working time in Italy, supporting the sales region and enabling the success of the sales team.
Salary: €85,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
