Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our team and lead the sales process with prospective customers, discovering qualified opportunities through inbound interests, outbound prospects, and partnerships. As a founding member of our sales organization, you will have a significant impact on our business growth and be responsible for owning the entire sales process from qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning the entire sales process from qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals
- Being a trusted advisor to our customers, championing the benefits of GelatoConnect
- Accurately forecasting revenue results for each month and quarter
- Meeting and exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
- Maintaining excellent hygiene of our CRM to give us insights on how to scale the business
- Sharing feedback from the front line with Marketing, Network, and Product to improve how we work together to achieve accelerated revenue growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in e-commerce, Cloud, AI, or SaaS, and a background in the printing industry
- Thriving in a high growth, entrepreneurial, and ambiguous environment
- Identifying new business opportunities and actively pursuing revenue from new clients to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a dynamic and diverse work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
