We're seeking a skilled Growth Leader to join our team at Adaptive Teams. This dynamic role involves championing our brand and driving growth through innovative strategies across SEO, PPC, content marketing, webinars, and paid ads. As the face of our agency, you'll host webinars, participate in podcasts, and attend key industry events to evangelize our services and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and build a sales pipeline independently
  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies
  • Take ownership of both marketing and sales functions
  • Serve as the representative of our agency at conferences and networking events
  • Analyze marketing data using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing with a track record of driving results
  • 4+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years working with service agencies
  • 1+ year of experience working in e-commerce, particularly with small brands or FBA sellers
  • Expert knowledge of Amazon and its impact on e-commerce growth strategies
