This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team at ABB, a leading global technology company and a member of the myGwork community. As a Senior Sales Consultant - Electrical Solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the UPS market within Spain. Your primary objective will be to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets, ensuring sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also identify and develop new sales opportunities, showcasing your expertise in the field. The work model for this role is hybrid, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
The ideal candidate will have around 5 years of experience in sales, with a sound knowledge of UPS-Uninterruptible Power Supply and the electrical sector market. They will also possess knowledge of electricity, sales management, and CRM tools, as well as a proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships. Strong written and spoken communication skills are essential, along with a collaborative, solution-focused approach. An electrical technical background, such as an engineering degree, is valuable, and fluency in Spanish and medium-high English is required. A current driving license valid in Spain is also necessary.
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be working closely with the marketing and wider sales teams to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy. You will also be responsible for communicating with customers regarding delivery times, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB's offering and strategy. Additionally, you will monitor customer and market trends, developing effective marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
This role offers a competitive salary range of €55,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including a sales fleet company car, meal allowance, wellbeing program, company mobile phone, and flexible work practices.
