About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager to join our team, responsible for managing sales teams and driving business growth across international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Responsibilities**

Gain the skills and knowledge needed to manage a sales team and be responsible for one of our Business Units.

Support our Business Units through temporary back-ups and provide internal consultation to analyze business performance and implement action plans.

Identify and implement best practices in each Business Unit and train new and existing employees.

Analyze market trends, competition, and implement strategy projects through the business units.

**Requirements**

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree related to Business or Construction topics preferred.

Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience.

Languages: Fluent in English, second language is a plus.

Knowledge about our business, high level of English is a must, French desired.

Softskills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and efficiently, problem-solving skills, team working, proactivity, reliability.

**What We Offer**

A competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
