We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Promogen. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building relationships and identifying new business opportunities in the Spanish market.

About the Role

This role will involve generating leads, qualifying prospects, and establishing long-term relationships with clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to thrive in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and build sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, cold calling, and emailing.
  • Qualify prospects in terms of their needs, goals, and business environment.
  • Coordinate with clients to improve sales strategies and qualify sales leads.
  • Track all activities through our CRM (Salesforce.com) and create a weekly report on industry trends, pipeline, and conversation highlights.

The ideal candidate will be located in Spain and have fluency in Spanish, as well as basic/advanced English language skills. They will also possess superb written and verbal communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary, consisting of a base salary plus high commissions. This is a Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM position, offering a great work-life balance.
