The Opportunity:
We're hiring a Business Development Representative to join our Client Sales team in Madrid, focusing on the Spanish market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage prospects and identify clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other creative channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team and educate them on opportunities.
• Manage expectations and overcome objections.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Demonstrate the value of Wellhub by educating companies on its mission.
• Network with clients at industry events and live the mission by genuinely caring for your wellbeing and colleagues.
Requirements:
You are a true team player who loves working towards both team and individual goals with at least 0-3 years experience in business development, sales, corporate relationship management, or account management.
