Empresa Reconocida is looking for a Key Account Strategist to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through strong relationships. Job Summary:
As a Key Account Strategist, you will streamline interactions between customers and Unit4, aligned with tailored customer journeys, to leverage value-added experiences across all moments that matter. You will be the voice of the customer, gathering and understanding feedback to improve services and deliver added value. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience with ERP systems, specifically U4ERP, and excellent communication skills. Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business outcomes and value realization
• Identify and drive new sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
• Serve as the primary contact for customer complaints and issues
• Establish regular cadence with customers to measure progress and identify new asks and wants
• Develop and provide annual or quarterly business reviews with C-level executives and practitioners

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience with ERP systems, preferably U4ERP
• Passion for building strong customer satisfaction
• High degree of ownership over work
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Experience in a similar customer-centric role generating cloud software customer value
• Technical literacy and familiarity with customer engagement technologies and best practices
