">Job Description:
">We are seeking an Account Manager who will play a key role in the development of our business activities within the Spanish market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing our market territory by identifying opportunities for account expansion, identifying new decision makers, providing proposals, and closing meetings.
">Leveraging existing contacts and client relationships, the Account Manager will connect global learning leaders within multinational companies with the GôFLUENT solution. They will also drive top-line revenue growth primarily through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling within our existing account database.
">The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with our experienced Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to successfully nurture their accounts. This includes developing compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for GôFLUENT solutions, participating in exhibitions and events, and traveling to customer sites within their territory to support their sales efforts.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, candidates should have a minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with good SaaS and international experience. They should be able to build strong relationships at all levels of clients' organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite.
">Candidates should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills (in Spanish), presentation, and negotiation abilities. They should be team players, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
">A minimum B2 English level is required, as well as proactive, personable, hard-working, and easily adaptable qualities. Active participation on social media in a business context and experience using LinkedIn are also desired.
