The Challenge
We have a great customer base in The Netherlands and are now expanding to the DACH market. As a Business Development Representative, your challenge will be to assist in increasing Sensorfact's client base through Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will be responsible for presenting our value proposition to customers via cold acquisition and setting up product demonstrations between potential customers and our Account Executives.

Your Responsibilities
- Conduct customer research (prospect leads)
- Reach out to potential high-value customers via phone, email, or video call
- Convince business owners and senior executives of our value proposition
- Convert leads by setting up product demonstrations with potential customers and our Account Executives

Requirements
- At least 6+ months of experience in a customer-facing role
- A 'hunter' mentality, with a passion for outbound sales and convincing leads of our value proposition
- Strong communication skills in both German (native level) and English (business proficiency)
- Drive, intelligence, and honesty, with a willingness to be a coachable team player
