About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team in Spain. This is a unique opportunity to work with a global leader in orthodontic products and solutions.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives to meet the demands of the Dental Support Organisation (DSO). They will ensure seamless collaboration between our organisation and the DSO, aligning teams and managing workflow to achieve mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans that align with the objectives and priorities of both organisations.
  • Collaborate with DSO stakeholders and internal teams to allocate resources effectively and maximise efficiency and profitability.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure they are briefed on DSO requirements and provide guidance as needed.
  • Oversee the workflow between our organisation and the DSO, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to optimise processes.
  • Monitor progress and identify potential risks and barriers, implementing strategies to overcome them.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the DSO commercial team, addressing issues and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to track the performance of the DSO partnership, regularly assessing progress and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success.
  • Experience working in the dental industry is essential.
  • Mature personality able to deal with different stakeholders.
  • Global overview and understanding of Ormco/Envista business strategy.
  • Strong communication skills to connect and influence.

The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
