**Job Title:** Senior Account Development Manager - Dental Industry

**About Us:** Envista Holdings is a global leader in the dental industry, providing innovative solutions for orthodontic and restorative treatments.

**Salary:** Estimated annual salary: €80,000 - €110,000 (dependent on experience)

**Job Description:

As a Senior Account Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring seamless collaboration between our organization and the Dental Support Organisation (DSO).

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive business growth and meet revenue targets
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS within the DSO, including commercial teams, clinical directors, and other decision-makers
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • Experience working in the dental industry, preferably with a focus on orthodontics or restoratives
