Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Account Growth Manager to join our commercial partnerships team. As part of this team, you'll contribute significantly to accelerating our business by planning and executing go-to-market strategies. You'll engage directly with our partners, develop existing accounts, break new ground, and gain market shares and new business opportunities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and expansion of our distribution partnerships.
  • Actively sell into partners' merchants to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Drive joint marketing campaigns to promote our services and products.
  • Serve as the internal stakeholder for our Partners, providing a single point of contact and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Manage partner sales pipelines to optimize performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate on world-class technical integrations with platforms and Payment Service Providers (PSPs).

Requirements:

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Growth Manager who can excel in a dynamic environment. You should have:

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in partner or business development within fintech, banking, or e-commerce.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
