**Job Title: Senior Brand Marketing Manager - Spain**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of local consumer marketing campaigns for all brands in Spain, with the ultimate goal of driving product sales and delivering impactful and lasting brand experiences.
**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with Country Manager to define investments and priorities for local marketing plans
- Build marketing strategy in alignment with market vision and goals, ensuring strong coordination with local agencies/partners where needed
- Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and present key takeaways along with a strong understanding of local consumer behaviours and demographics
- Develop creative briefs for global brand teams and media agencies to work on digital, print, TVC, web and other campaigns
- Work with Global Brand teams regarding digital, social and influencer marketing
- Establish processes to connect global teams with local needs to execute with excellence and drive POS and gain market share
**Requirements:
- Strong background in brand marketing, with experience in developing and executing local marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to assess campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights
**Salary:** €60,000 - €80,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits package
