Job Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Insight: Conduct market research to identify target customer lifestyles and trends in fashion, travel, and retail, informing strategies to increase awareness and preference among the target audience.
  2. Competitor Analysis: Define the aspirational compete set and monitor their social behavior online to differentiate our brand effectively in the market.
  3. Product Innovation: Analyze the current business and develop creative ways to enhance product offerings, driving sales and profit growth through successful marketing strategies and new product launches.
  4. Design Management: Collaborate with designers and oversee the production of all marketing materials and guest-facing content in partnership with the Marketing, Customer Experience, and Digital Marketing teams.
  5. Content Creation: Organize image galleries for each hotel, ensuring an up-to-date content library with on-brand content. Work with operations to brief, coordinate, and deliver new content.
  6. Shootings Coordination: Oversee shootings for social media, advertisements, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.
  7. Customer Journey Mapping: Work with the CMO and cross-functional teams to develop brand touchpoints and hallmarks that amplify each hotel's unique point of difference.
  8. Brand Positioning: Evolve the brand positioning annually, presenting new ideas for management sign-off as part of the annual marketing plan.
  9. Partnerships Development: Drive additional awareness, reputation, and revenue by supporting partnerships with like-minded luxury brands.
  10. Social Media Management: Manage all aspects of social media interaction between the audience and the company (community management). Be responsible for the calendar, engagement, and organic growth. Propose, support, and implement community initiatives to grow the user base across social media and other communication channels.

The Ideal Candidate

  1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Brand Management role within a luxury brand.
  2. Demonstrated ability to implement successful marketing campaigns and possess a 'black book' of luxury contacts.
  3. High proficiency in written and spoken English.
  4. Based in Andalucia.
  5. A proactive, enthusiastic, and committed individual and team player, seeking opportunities to improve performance.
  6. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure while prioritizing and delegating tasks effectively.
  7. Strong luxury brand marketing knowledge and skills, including brand strategy, channel management, digital marketing techniques, customer relationship management, communications, and agency management.
  8. Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  9. To carry out any reasonable requests to take on additional duties/tasks as may be requested by Page Executive, ensuring all client expectations are met and exceeded.
