Job Description

Position Summary:

The Global Sales Development Manager is responsible for building long-term relationships with assigned strategic key customers and achieving sales targets.

Job Scope:

Account Development & Client Relationship Building, Sales Management and Product Development, Payment Collection

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong key customer relationships through effective management of their needs and demands aligned with company policies.
  • Attend regular sales meetings, company activities, and submit reports on time.
  • Submits monthly sales forecasts and updates as needed.
  • Identify revenue opportunities for the clients resulting in sales growth for the company.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in collaboration with the various departments of the company.
  • Regularly conducts studies/research to keep up to date with recent market and industry trends and competitors' activities.
  • Regularly collects and analyzes market data and consumer behavior to understand changing needs and market trends.
  • Participate/attend and represent the company in industry events and professional organizations.
  • Collections based on agreed payment terms aligned with company policies.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
