Looking for a challenging role as an English Language Sales Development Representative? Teleperformance, a global leader in customer experience management, is seeking highly skilled professionals to engage with high-potential advertisers and promote our range of marketing products. What We Do: Making Outbound Calls
Promote and sell our services through outbound customer calls.
Database Management
Create, maintain, and update a database of customers with comprehensive information.
Cross-Selling and Customer Retention
Consolidate existing customers while building a new customer base. Record call history and customer responses in detail. Ensure timely follow-up with customers. Monitor competitors' products and create effective selling strategies.
Customer Support
Handle customer needs and requirements. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Requirements What We Are Looking For:
Languages
C2 level fluency in French and English.
Experience
Previous experience with CRM systems. Strong written and oral business communication skills. Ability to work in a goal-driven environment and collaborate with a team. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Goal-oriented individual with confidence, competitiveness, and proactivity. Able to work independently within a team setting. Strong business acumen to evaluate multiple business models. Customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional customer experiences. What We Offer:
Full-Time Position
