French Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled French Sales Development Representative to join our team in Sevilla. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our service to potential customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. You should be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident with the ability to work independently within a team environment.
Responsibilities:- Making outbound customer calls to promote and sell our service.
- Creating, maintaining, and updating databases of customers with complete information.
- Consolidating existing customer bases while building new ones.
- Recording outbound call history and customers' responses in detail.
- Ensuring customer follow-up at all times.
- Monitoring competitors' products or services and creating selling strategies for our own products or services.
- Handling customer needs and requirements.
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- C2 level of French with fluent English.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Strong written and oral business communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals as part of a broader team.
