Sales Development Representative for French Language Markets

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to promote and sell our services to potential clients in the French language market. The successful candidate will have a C2 level of French, fluency in English, and experience with CRM systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound customer calls, creating and maintaining databases of customers, consolidating existing customer bases while building new ones, recording call history and customer responses, and ensuring timely follow-up.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business. You will also participate in bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly contests and receive referral fees (up to €2,000).
The salary for this position is approximately €25,000 per year, which includes full-time employment with 39 hours/week and a dynamic business casual environment. Our office is located in the World Trade Center, Barcelona, Spain, surrounded by the sea.
