Sales Associate Role: The Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by leveraging Coach's selling skills and service training. Key responsibilities include meeting personal sales and productivity targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and representing Coach as a brand ambassador.
Key Proficiencies: The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- The ability to understand how individual productivity impacts the store
- A behavior that embodies the Coach brand
- Adherence to sales behaviors taught in company training programs
- Maintaining high energy levels on the sales floor
- Consistently achieving sales goals
- Able to work effectively with multiple customers simultaneously
- Anticipating and meeting customers' needs consistently
- Providing exceptional service aligned with the Coach Approach standards
- Participating as a team member and encouraging the team to meet and exceed performance standards
- Championing company initiatives and supporting management decisions
- Demonstrating professional ethics
Requirements: We seek individuals with:
- Very good English proficiency (essential)
- Previous experience in a retail service environment (essential)
- Background in working in luxury retail (desirable)
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
Salary Information: The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
