About this RoleThe Sales Associate plays a vital role in achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilizing Coach selling skills and Service training. This position is responsible for meeting personal sales and productivity goals, as well as delivering service that meets or exceeds expectations. As a representative of Coach, you will act as an ambassador of the brand, ensuring customers' needs are consistently exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Meet individual productivity targets and contribute to store success;
- Behave as a brand ambassador, embodying Coach values and standards;
- Model sales behaviors taught in company sales training programs;
- Maintain high energy levels on the sales floor;
- Achieve consistent sales results;
- Effectively work with multiple customers simultaneously;
- Anticipate and meet customers' needs, providing exceptional service according to Coach Approach standards;
- Participate as a team member, encouraging team performance and exceeding standards;
- Support company initiatives and champion management decisions;
- Demonstrate professional ethics and conduct.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Very good English proficiency;
- Previous experience in a retail service environment (essential);
- Background in working in luxury retail (desirable);
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff, navigating the sales floor with ease.
