The successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for the property market. Key responsibilities include:

  • Cultivating strong relationships with clients to deeply understand their buying needs and preferences.
  • Collaborating on creating engaging property listings, showcasing captivating photographs and detailed descriptions.
  • Conducting property viewings with potential buyers, providing comprehensive information on each property's unique features and benefits.
  • Negotiating sales terms and agreements between buyers and sellers, ensuring fair and satisfactory outcomes.
  • Managing all necessary documentation, including contracts and property records.

Requirements include:

  • English proficiency is essential, and additional language fluency is highly valued.
  • A valid driver's license is required for conducting property viewings and attending client meetings.
  • Prior real estate experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication skills, coupled with a customer-centric approach.

We offer a competitive salary range of **€45,000 - €65,000 per year**, plus a performance-based commission structure and opportunities for professional growth.
