Job Summary: We are seeking self-motivated and ambitious Sales Agents to join our fast-growing team in Camas, WA. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to clients, prospecting for new business, and closing deals. If you have a proven record of sales experience and success, coachability, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust.
- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to drive sales growth.
- Gather local community information to answer client questions about potential homes.
- Nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers by providing expert advice and guidance.
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to understand their needs and preferences and close deals efficiently.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A proven record of sales experience and success.
- Current or pending Washington State or Oregon State Real Estate License.
- Coachability, self-motivation, and drive.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. Benefits include health insurance and paid time off.
