Customer Experience Professional

WeWow is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Professional to join our dynamic team in sunny Valencia, Spain. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers, helping them navigate our online banking platform with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer top-notch support to customers by identifying and assessing their needs
- Balance productivity with quality scores to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by understanding the right methods and tools
- Assist in successful client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition when opening an account
- Identify fraud indicators and escalate alarming cases to compliance officers
- Investigate payment dispute cases, analyze and resolve the issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while retaining them
- Actively identify and escalate customer issues to improve internal processes and enhance the customer journey
We offer a competitive salary of approximately €40,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including breakfast and lunch, Spanish health insurance, and relocation support.
Our ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills, speaks native Dutch and C1-level English, takes ownership of tasks, shows exceptional empathy, and is not afraid to claim responsibility when needed.
