Dedicated Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dedicated Customer Experience Associate to join our client's team in Greece. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide exceptional support to our customers via phone and email on a range of issues.
What you'll do:
- Provide the highest level of customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Use procedures to ensure accurate and complete information is provided to customers.
- Take ownership of customer queries and ensure timely resolutions and responses.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers by answering their questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
- Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
- Create an amazing customer experience that people value and we are proud of.
- Follow management direction and provide feedback as needed.

What we're looking for:
- Spanish C2 language proficiency.
- English B2 language proficiency.
- Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.
- Self-sufficiency and confidence in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to connectivity, systems, and devices.
- Ability to walk customers through complex procedures from start to finish.
- EU citizenship or Greek residence card.
