Job Description

Daily duties include:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via various channels.
  • Manage and resolve requests efficiently or escalate them to the technical team.
  • Follow up on incidents to ensure customer satisfaction.

As your knowledge of our product grows, you will be involved in tasks such as plan upgrades, post-sales support, module activation, and translation of online support materials.

You will also have opportunities to support events and contribute to market development and system adaptation.

What We Are Looking For

We seek a highly motivated individual who is native or bilingual in Italian and Spanish, with a high level of English proficiency.

Additional desirable skills include knowledge of other languages, creativity, teamwork experience, and a willingness to learn and grow in a rapidly evolving industry.
