Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Solutions department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and ensuring seamless product returns management.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate timely product returns, including packaging, documentation preparation, and distribution.
- Support physical consignment checks, resolving inventory discrepancies in collaboration with the sales team.
- Manage service complaints, investigating root causes, and liaising with third-party vendors as necessary.
- Process no-charge product requests from the sales organization.
- Maintain open communication with Local Customer Solutions teams to ensure customer relationships and expectations are met.
- Work closely with relevant departments to process product requests for clinical trials.
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent, along with 3 years of related experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Act as a part of the super-user network for JDE and SFDC.
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office Suite proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of expertise.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage confidential information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve difficult situations.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
