Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional communicator who can effectively handle customer inquiries through various channels. Key responsibilities include:
• Communicating with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Exhibiting outstanding communication skills, such as active listening and empathy
• Providing personalized solutions to meet customer needs
• Identifying and escalating customer issues to improve processes
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
We require a candidate with:
• Excellent Dutch language skills (C2 level)
• Strong English language skills (C1 level)
• Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service
• Calm and empathetic demeanor when dealing with difficult customers
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding expectations
