About Rotor Bike Components

At Rotor Bike Components, we are a European company based in Madrid, Spain, dedicated to designing, producing, and selling high-end bicycle components. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OEM Sales Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and results-driven OEM Sales Manager to lead our team of international agents and be the main contact for our OEM clients. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with our clients, and developing strategic plans to achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our OEM clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Lead a team of international agents, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets
  • Collaborate with our engineering, production, planning, logistics, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of our products to our clients
  • Participate in strategic decision-making, contributing to the development of new business areas and growth initiatives
Requirements
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, with a strong understanding of the cycling industry
  • Degree-level qualification or relevant cycling background
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to manage remote teams and their expectations as a flexible team player
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with our international clients
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and other languages is an asset
