Job Title: Project Manager - Vehicle Sales Performance

About the Role:

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading a multilingual team that converts potential customers into sales, supporting the growth of the OEM. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying promising sales prospects, creating customer profiles, and discovering their needs to facilitate new business through various outbound sales campaigns.
  • Leveraging industry expertise to drive business growth and lead a high-performing team.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements through technology, maintaining team motivation, and controlling budget.
  • Organizing and participating in performance review meetings with clients and stakeholders.
  • Participating in the selection process, particularly in the final validation interview.
  • Onboarding and training new team members.
