Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Luckypath Construction Plc.
Job Summary:The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering or construction management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of construction activities, including site preparation, excavation, and building construction
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
- MSC/BSC in civil engineering or construction management
- 8-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
