About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Mace. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project teams, including project coordinators, engineers, and contractors.
  • Coordinate and manage project stakeholders, including clients, designers, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with Mace's policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ensure project deliverables are met, including quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Membership of a professional project management body, such as APM, PRINCE2, or PMP.
