About the Role:

The Regional Sales Manager is a key position responsible for driving commercial success in the assigned region. This role requires building strong relationships with dealers, improving their performance, and developing the tools and services needed to achieve business objectives.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
  • Achieve assigned commercial goals in the area of responsibility.
  • Manage KPIs for the assigned dealer network and create actionable improvement plans.
  • Provide market insights and competitor benchmarking in the region.
  • Ensure consistency of corporate identity execution in the dealer network.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B channel.
  • Collaborate with the finance partner team to monitor financial solutions adoption and build action plans.
  • Supervise dealer financial statements, margin, return on sales, and overall profitability.
  • Ensure effective NPS customer satisfaction surveys and prioritize customer feedback.
  • Represent BYD as an ambassador and point of reference for the sales team.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial roles at NSC or OEM headquarters.
  • Experience in the automotive industry or mobility services.
  • Educational background in business administration, marketing, legal, or finance.
  • Financial knowledge and expertise in financial solutions.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
  • Resilient and open-minded, results-oriented, and great negotiation skills.
  • Excellent English and Spanish language skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of commercial management software and digital tools.
