Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our team in Seville. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and building high-performing teams throughout the territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire Store Managers and teams to achieve sales targets and store KPIs.
- Develop and invest in talent to create a robust internal talent pipeline and succession plan.
- Partner closely with HR, Retail ops, Training and Merchandising to maximize potential in people, product and sales.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building strong partnerships with key stakeholders and executing global and local brand standards consistently, commercially and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have an extensive retail background, with previous experience managing multiple stores within a leading fashion brand. You will be a sales and service-focused champion who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys working as part of a team.
The position is field-based with a company car provided. Candidates must be located within a reasonable and commutable distance from the store portfolio and eligible to drive in Spain.
