Regional Sales Manager - Seville Territory

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue in the Seville territory, building and leading high-performing teams, and executing global and local brand standards. The ideal candidate will have an extensive retail background, experience in managing multiple stores, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, inspire, and develop Store Managers and teams to achieve sales targets and store KPIs.
• Coach and lead Store Managers and teams to maximize sales and profitability and deliver high standards of operational execution.
• Partner closely with HR, Retail ops, Training, and Merchandising to maximize potential in people, product, and sales.

Requirements:
• Extensive retail background and experience in managing multiple stores.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to build high-performing teams.
• Ability to execute global and local brand standards and drive sales revenue in the Seville territory.
