About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our Retail Sales Team in Madrid. As a key member of our Iberia Business Unit, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective sales strategies and relationship-building with regional customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and grow sales revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional customer accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial strategies, including pricing, new products, and innovation listings.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth in the retail channel, leveraging trade marketing activities and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field, preferably from a business school.
  • 4+ years of relevant commercial experience in the retail channel, with a strong understanding of cash & carry and indirect channel customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and lead others.
  • Proficient Spanish and English language skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
