Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Importante empresa is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Medical Devices sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets for the Medical Devices franchise within a designated territory.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, identify new sales opportunities, and expand market share.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  4. Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, set goals, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  5. Process Management: Ensure adherence to franchise processes, procedures, and policies.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Science graduate preferred, management degree an added advantage.
  2. Experience: 6+ years in Medical Devices, preferably with experience in OT, government, key accounts, and bariatrics business.
  3. Location: Preferably based in MP, Chhattisgarh.
