Forestown is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve forecasted growth and secure market penetration.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Source sales, exports, and travel retail channels globally or regionally, and orchestrate all related activities in close cooperation with current product category, sales, and marketing organizations.
  • Develop and retain customer relationships to build long-term profitable partnerships.
  • Provide customers with best-in-class service and support, including market operations.
  • Effectively manage sales companies and the distributor network, prioritizing investments and activities to maximize total impact.
  • Execute the agreed sales and service strategy overall, securing performance in all markets, channels, brands, and product segments.
  • Create Route to Market strategies in Travel Retail, domestic duty-paid, and International/Regional trading.

**Requirements**

  • Over 10 years of experience in tobacco foreign trade.
  • Working language: English.
  • Familiarity with tobacco sales licenses and policies in the sales region.
  • Independence to decide on global sales areas for tobacco and ensure the ability to obtain market sales licenses on their own.
