About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our Retail Sales Team at The Kraft Heinz Company. This exciting opportunity is located in our Madrid office and will be a key member of our Iberia Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional customer accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Initiate commercial relationships with new prospects, delivering excellent sales fundamentals performance.
  • Develop and implement the Annual Operating Plan for assigned customer accounts, including pricing, new products, and campaign developments.
  • Collaborate with the Retail channel to develop Innovation and Trade Marketing activities, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably from a Business School.
  • 4 years' relevant commercial experience in the retail channel, with a strong understanding of cash & carry and indirect channel customers.
  • Ownership attitude, with a strong ability to learn through new challenges and lead independently.
  • Proficient Spanish and English language skills.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • EU Work permission.
