About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Arrow Electronics, Inc. as a key contributor to our sales strategy in the Iberia region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a coordinated approach and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, along with regular reports on sales activities and market trends.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales/account management selling IT solutions and security products to end customers.
  • Ability to negotiate and build relationships at all levels of customers and suppliers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and good business English, with Portuguese being a plus.
