Rotor Bike Components is seeking a highly skilled OEM Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in the European market.

This key role is responsible for managing relationships with OEM clients, setting budgets, and delivering agreed gross margins. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing operational agents and bringing the right products to market at the right time.

The OEM Sales Manager will be a strategic leader, defining and implementing strategies for continuous growth and stability in the industry. They will also be responsible for finding new markets and opportunities that may arise due to changes in the market.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need a proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, a valid understanding of the cycling industry, and a degree-level qualification or relevant cycling background.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage remote teams and their expectations as a flexible team player, with strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. They will also be passionate about cycling trends and the environment, with a high level of communication skills in English and the ability to communicate in Spanish and other languages.

Additional responsibilities include data analysis, understanding data and seeing early signals that are hidden within it, ensuring the company is aligned with decisions and motivations for correct follow-up, creating bridges between OEM clients and the company, and ensuring expectations meet deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all OEM clients/relationships in your area of influence
  • Set the budget within OEM sales
  • Deliver the agreed Gross Margin with OEM customers
  • Collect invoices with clients
  • Manage the Operational Agents who report directly to you
  • Co-responsible for bringing the right products to the market at the right time
  • Define and implement the strategy that leads to continuous growth within the industry and stability to operations
  • Find new markets and new opportunities that may arise due to changes in the market

Requirements

  • A proven track record of a minimum of 5 years in sales and a valid understanding of the cycling industry
  • Degree level qualification or relevant cycling background
  • Ability to manage remote teams and their expectations as a flexible team player
  • Data analysis is an important part of the job; understanding the data and seeing early signals that are hidden within it
  • Ensuring the company is aligned with your decisions and motivations for correct follow-up
  • Creating bridges between the OEM clients and the company
  • Ensuring expectations meet deliverables

What We Can Do For You

  • Indefinite-term contract with a probationary period
  • Remuneration of 60,000 euros/year plus an interesting variable compensation based on objectives
  • On-site working day at our work center in Madrid, from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 18:30
  • Flexible timetable and home office on Fridays
