Job Title: Sales Manager Iberia

Delta Electronics EMEA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the Iberia region. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Delta Fan & Thermal products in the EMEA market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Work closely with the engineering team and factory to ensure timely launches of new products
  • Drive commercial and technical issues to closure through effective resource allocation and stakeholder engagement
  • Visit customers, potential customers, and industry events to promote Delta products and services
  • Research and identify new business opportunities in target markets and industries
  • Develop and implement sales channel strategies to grow business in target countries and markets
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Fan Motor and Cooling Solution industry
  • Good knowledge of DC Fan, EC Fan, EMI, Heat Sinks, Air Conditioner products and market
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on ODM/OEM experience working in international companies
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in building sales channels through local partners/agents
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a self-directed environment and travel up to 50% of the time
