Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Emea team at Metricool. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, reaching, and closing deals with clients in the Emea market. You'll work closely with our team to understand product and market strategies, and contribute to the growth of our international company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full cycle sales process for Emea
  • Search for registered free users with the greatest potential for conversion to premium plans
  • Make calls to inbound and outbound leads to understand their specific needs and generate business
  • Schedule demos with leads to present the product, its characteristics, and benefits according to their needs
  • Follow-up clients and opportunities to detect possible upgrades or specific needs
  • Document stoppers, processes, and questions
  • Contribute to improve established processes

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of proven experience as Account Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Knowledge of the Emea market
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Native or bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in French or German
