OEM Sales Manager Job Description

Rotor Bike Components is seeking a highly skilled and experienced OEM Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for leading our OEM sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our OEM customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development, production, and delivery.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the cycling industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of the OEM sales process, including sales strategy, customer relationship management, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, with Spanish and other languages an asset.
