About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Mypos Ad. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing the market within the region by leading a direct sales team and driving performance to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and train sales representatives
- Organize outbound campaigns to build a robust sales pipeline
- Manage team performance
- Develop the myPOS market in the region
- Manage direct sales representatives to ensure satisfactory performance is in place, in line with the group's standards & KPIs
- Ensure the designated team complies with the group standards for CRM usage
- Manage stock levels of all products and communicate deliveries with respective teams
- Take the initiative to lead the way with a proactive approach and identify market niches which offer growth opportunities
- Visit different trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars
- Provide information regarding sales objectives and business results
- Report to the Country Manager on a weekly basis
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of previous working experience in leading a sales team & process in France
- At least 5 years of previous professional experience in direct sales and B2B sales
- Very good level of English language – both verbal and written
- Consistency and negotiation skills
- Very strong commercial, communicative, and relational skills
- Result-oriented mindset – ability to focus on meeting targets and providing the best experience for customers
- Previous experience with HubSpot CRM will be considered an advantage
- Experience with automated systems and office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
- A personal style that demonstrates authority, commitment, and consistency, and inspires trust and confidence
- Fluent in English and Spanish
